Another way we reduce waste is by cutting multiple patterns from the same cloth, this way we can utilise as much of the cloth as possible. Sometimes we even make a smaller garment that has been designed to be made from the scraps left over, our panelled velvet train driver’s hat for example! Finally each garment is made to order, meaning no excess stock at the end of season, and no wasted garments.
